Robin Thicke has some explaining to do. A photo of the singer surfaced last week that appears to show him groping a female fan’s backside. The photo instantly went viral and now the young woman in the photo, Lana Scolaro, is claiming that the posed picture is just the beginning of what really went down that night.
After performing a raunchy on-stage duet with Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards, Thicke, 36, attended an after-party with his wife, actress Paula Patton. Scolaro, 20, was at the same party and revealed in an interview with Life & Style magazine that she and Thicke did much more than take pictures together. Scolaro claims that the singer approached her and said, “I just love the fact that you’re so young,” but she ignored his advances because she knew that he was married. According to Scolaro, Thicke persisted, telling her that his wife was “chill.”
Strangely, Thicke, Patton, and Scolaro all ended up leaving the party together to head to another venue. Here’s where things get messy. Scolaro is claiming that Thicke followed her to the bathroom and when she came out, he “turned off the lights” and started to make out with her, despite his wife being just a few feet away. “He was grabbing me,” said Soclaro. “He was like, ‘I want to get you into bed!’” She says that that’s as far as it went because they were interrupted, but not before Thicke gave her his personal phone number and said that they would connect again soon.
Whether or not Thicke had an affair is yet to be determined, as this is a clear-cut case of he says versus she says. Neither Thicke nor Patton has commented on the scandal, but a source is saying that none of this is true because Thicke was with his wife all night. The insider also revealed that the celebrity couple is not at all concerned with this scandal, simply because it’s all rubbish.
What do you think: Do you believe that Robin Thicke would cheat on his wife, Paula Patton, with a younger woman?
